Time Travel is the command of genetics + frequency. If you can master the understanding of your genes and how they work with your cellular frequency for your benefit, you alone can manipulate them in order to be the physical version of yourself at any age, while keeping your current mental and spiritual health.
This involves heavy and sometimes emotionally painful shadow work — dissolving the illusions about yourself you’ve accepted as fact, confronting the truths you’ve been hiding due to shame or guilt, and healing the traumas, false mental hangups, and toxic behavioral patterns you’ve inherited from your parents or other family members that you’ve allowed to become attached to your psyche in order to protect and defend your darkness. Shadow work done in earnest over Time rewires your subconscious mind and heals your nervous system, allowing dormant super cells in the body to come alive, creating new super cell frequencies and inner worlds in the process.
This healing process culminates in your consciousness arriving onto the threshold of a spiritual frequency that is higher than that of your current timeline. So the current, or old, timeline must eventually break down and collapse in order to make way for a newer, better timeline for your consciousness to embody.
Once you are stable on the higher frequency (ie., not oscillating back and forth between the old timeline and the new), if you know how to tap into your imagination, you can then learn how to move the new timeline backward or forward with focused attention and the power of your awareness, recreating your life.
But before you embark on traveling through Time, make sure your shadow is healed and in tact, and that your current mental and spiritual states are BOTH centered on what is truly GOOD, RIGHTEOUS, & BEAUTIFUL. This will catapult you through an inner portal to a physical world that includes your deepest pure desires of whatever you imagine HEAVEN on Earth to be.
If you attempt to Time Travel when your shadow is unhealed, however, and your current mental and spiritual states are centered on what is EVIL, WICKED, and UGLY, this will send you through dark craters of narcissistic madness and into the depths of a circus full of fragile unhealed Egos who will ultimately seek to destroy you. That’s one HELL of a trip.
