Questions for thoughtful minds

What do all men crave
Makes them enslaved
To desires, pleasures, and greed

What binds your soul
Makes you patrol
Your wants and things you need

What doesn’t grow on trees
Does not come from the bees
But instead causes harm

To all the wild’s most grand designs
Then drowns you all in fees and fines
Puts life in penal farms

What do women cape for
In exchange for labor
That helps them feed their young

But when their young are older
That’s when their spirit’s smolder
Cuz their hearts have been wrung

From stress and sadness
Driven to madness
In their quest to keep

It raining, coming
And then they’re numbing
The pain this hustling heaps

On heads and hearts
All body parts
You barely take a breath

Then argument starts
Things fall apart
They end with pain and death

They say it is the root of evil
In Darkness this is true
But you still swear by its receival
Because you have been fooled

By djinns that spin those magic wheels
They have hijacked your mind
Convinced you that illusion’s real
The blind leading the blind

But Is(it)real?
Or is it fake?
Just contemplate
Make your mind quake

In Darkness it is coins and bills
That manifest all types of ills
In Light it’s electricity
An endless flow, a current sea

But you’ve allowed demons to trick you
Into delusion, your Eye is askew

Yes, you’ve preferred it oh so hard
But so simple it all could be
Now you’ve forced kids to be vanguard
To bring evil down to its knees

You’ve pacified yourself in Hell
And through the years ignored the bell
Oh, but heaven this place could be

If you’d just dodge the hijack, reclaim your soul
Destroy all avarice, remove its hold
Without bills, we’d ALL be free

The real money’s ENERGY
